And then...

While he excelled in his classes (naturally), college was rough in other ways. A diva with no one to admire him, Loki took to the gym to try and work off the frustrations he felt. Pushing to the back of his mind the realization that he was in fact, lonely, he small talked with everyone he ran into, and when he smiled the people swooned, but it wasn't enough. And then... there was Kriss.

They met while he was interviewing passing sims for his radio show, asking them questions on who they were, and how they were preparing for finals. It didn't seem all that significant at the time, but thoughts of her haunted him, and in the end, he gave in, inviting her to join him for dinner. They ate lobster thermidor, and danced to the music. Well... he danced. She mostly stepped on his toes.

Still, the evening progressed, and as the late hours approached, they sat outside and he told her his story, pointing out the worlds in the sky and explaining where they sat on Yggdrasil. As luck would have it, she actually believed him, as opposed to calling him a crazy person... or an evil villain, or any of the other random things she could have said to push him away.

In the end, the night went very well.

     As did the next night.

     And the one after that.

But the impending end of Loki's last semester was looming, and graduation was nigh, along with his return to Starlight Shores, and his plan to take over the world, and reclaim his godhood. Would this be the last he saw of his lovely Kriss?
